86 T-type is on a distinguished road
Default Contest entry for 86 T-type

I figured I would do the car of the month thing. I posted a thread cluttered with a few of my cars so here is the one I picked to try the contest out with. This is a 1986 T-type with a blackout package. They made very little T-types this year and it was the first of the "fast" turbo Buicks as it was intercooled. Mine has come a long was from when it rolled off the assembly line

Mods to engine....Sealed power pistons (30 over), Plasma moly rings, Comp "thumper" cam, Custon H-beam rods, Stroker crank (forged), ARP bolts everywhere, O-ringed Champion CNC ported heads, Mease sheetmetal plenum, LT1 valve springs, Roller rocker set-up, RJC Girdle, 70mm Throttle body, 3inch polished intercooler piping, Cotons Custom 4inch thick front mount, CPT 66 Turbonetics Dual Ball-bearing turbo, LS1 Maf with Translator, 60# injectors, Turbo Tweak chip, 38mm Tial Wastegate, 3inch BG Customs Downpipe, Big Wood Racing MAF pipe, 160 thermostat, SMS Alky kit, and custom headers!

Suspension.....HRparts rear Swaybar, adj upper control arms, and lowers. Blisten Shocks, TA rear Girdle, and rear discs now by Baer.

Interior.... Autometer Pro Comp Electrical Boost, Water temp, Oil pressure, Air/Fuel Ratio, Fuel Pressure, and an Enoxx? Tach Scanmaster......

Exterior.....My own design HID Headlights!!! Hoodpins (for good reason), Eagle Alloy 212'* 17'* in front and 18'* in back. Nitto 555 Drag Radials.....

I know I am missing a ton of things but my lord, isn't that enough for now!? I hope everyone enjoys the car. It sure is a fun toy!!
