or the way i did it. Take the sprayer on the kitchen sink if you have one. Tape the handle down, insert sprayer into the tank, turn on hot water only and maneuver the sprayer with the hose. (I tried the rag and shaking thing, it didn't work to well)

Next time toss a buck in pennies in there instead of the rag.
