or the way i did it. Take the sprayer on the kitchen sink if you have one. Tape the handle down, insert sprayer into the tank, turn on hot water only and maneuver the sprayer with the hose. (I tried the rag and shaking thing, it didn't work to well)

Nice, the body shop fixed her up well and you can always find another Pontiac arrowhead to stick on the front if your a emblem person like myself (I hate missing emblems 
)
