nice pics, these phones are getting nice, mine just dont like low light. some of the new ones ive seen are up to 8mp. like the sony x10

That'* because most camera phones only have a lens that is the same diameter as a pea- so there'* not much room for light to come in.
and unfortunately megapixels won't help with that.
