looks good! i like the steelies too cause thats what i have for my winter tires. they have been neglected for the past to years and had less shine than yours. try a couple coats of that step 2 followed by some wax and youd be amazed at how they turn out i didnt think id be able to get mine to look this good, i can post pics if youd like

I thought of doing what you said about a month ago when I knew I wouldn't have the budget for new tires due to more important things in life. I'd have to touch some of the rust up beforehand and I'd be good to go.
