Looks like everyone had a super great time!!!!!!

I can't think of a thing that could have gone better. Watching Paul and O'Niel make the semifinals was such a rush. Those two guys get everyone in the stands on their feet when they run side by side. They did last year too. Neck and neck all the way down the track both years. And I wouldn't want it any other way.

Half of us didn't run the second track day, but we had so much damn fun icing the blowers and running the pits for the 4 that did run. An unforgettable experience.

O'Niel, Saturday was your day, and you earned it. The Bullet took the trophy home last year, and you'll keep it safe for another. It still would have been cool to have both of you in the finals though.

Hey Pdad, how did you get your rear suspension up so high compared to your fronts? Also, it looks like a black '04 Grand Prix in front of you in the staging lanes.....if so, why are there slicks on his rear wheels????

Those were just light-weight wheels for the rear. And all of us tricked our ELC full height in the rear to prevent weight transfer. It'll shave a tenth of the 60' times.

Hell, the only non-supercharged Bonneville at the meet was Jseabert'* 93 SSE, and he was only at the campground for a visit one night. We took only supercharged cars to the track both days.

We'd LOVE to have more NA'* and some older Gens next year.

Off topic, just got off the phone with the Bullet. He and Laura are riding up the Space Needle with John. He just gave me permission to modify his sig with a new pic. Rather appropriate, methinks. Side-by-side 13-second honors.
