Another mod
I had been looking for my color leather for a while. Thanks to daveysaun I got a whole spare seat cover to make this new mod: (I swapped seat covers with the one he sent me since it was in near perfect shape and now my driver'* side is great...no wear at all on the outside bolster)
Anyway, here are a couple pics.

ooo, that looks really good, reminds me of those rare two-tones in '92 (I just saw one parked in a Meijer parking lot). So, a little off topic, but how much are those seat covers, if you don't mind sharing? My side bolsters are getting kinda bad and it would be nice to know how much they are down the road...

Oops, yeah I forgot the shift **** itself was changed several weeks ago. I had one just like it with the button on the side, but it was not leather. I lucked out and found this one which matches the shiny leather on the one I had stock. It'* from a Grand Am. I'm not sure what I will use the button for yet, but I'll think of something.
Bill, this one isn't sewn for the time being
but I have sewn buttons before, and other small things, mostly for the ex though.
All I did to install this was remove the 2 screws under the ashtray to lift it up. I removed the old boot and slid this one down in. I made it long enough so that it would stay tucked underneath. Very quick and painless.
