I just looked at the website for that thing, the specs are amazing! But I'm wondering how accurate some of the features are..

I love mine.
You can monitor mass air flow flow and KR (or two of any other 26 parameters) while recording all of the following 26 for up to 45 seconds updating 20 times per second.
There are also two red lights that can be set to flash at any alert you want to program.
I have one of mine set to flash at 6000 rpm and the other to flash when KR is greater than 2.

rpm
mph
IAT- with the cool box it will maintain outside air temp.
MAF frequency
MAF lb/min
Coolant temp - matches perfectly with dash unit at 160 F
Injector Pulse Widths (Bank 1 and 2)
Long term fuel trim (bank 1 and 2)
Short term fuel trim (bank 1 and 2)
O2 Sensor voltage (bank 1 and 2)
Manifold air pressure psi (Boost)
Ignition Advance - this sure moves around a lot.
Knock Retard - I keep my eye on this one.
Engine run time - I like this feature but it clears and resets as soon as you restart.
Battery Voltage - 14.3 V
Transmission temp - will take a while to build up to match 160 engine coolant temp and will only increase to 190 if pushing it above 80 mph.
Idle Air control counts
Throttle position percentage
Throttle position voltage
Engine Load
Horsepower

I have seen 320 on the HP reading.

Looks good though! I'm loving the updated version of the gauge we got!

Pretty sure wheelspin will mess up the performance numbers (too fast), but spin slows us down in reality.
