I would bet it is. ECC are usually SLE'*, for 97 at least I believe.

yes a car that has the ECC and the leather power seats are usually an SLE, the ECC is a really good indication that the car is an SLE for hte 94+ model years, that is not always the case tho, there are SE'* with the ECC and SLE'* with the Knobby CC, a sure way is the RPO codes
