one Large turbo + turbosmart 38mm Wastegate and Blow off valve=FUN!
we just have one small portion of the inner wheelwell'* and inner firewall to finish up (all hand formed/welded sheetmetal). the new aluminum radiator dropped ~30 lbs over the old used brass Van unit, i have the tube to lose weight by deleting the steering rack...all new high temp thermal insulation (it does get warm with two engines pumping out heat!) and to ditch the heavy flamable factory stuff...
oh some pics...
Turbosmart Ultra-Gate 38
Turbosmart Type 1 BOV
Autometer electric sender ultra-lite gauges (so far we have oil pressure/water temp/boost-next up is A/F, EGT, engine oil temp, our chepo rear engine tach works fine..fer now
yuuuup goin faster

That is one of the most awesome things I've seen done with a car. I have good running Park Aves (91 and 92) and wonder if it can be done to them. Do the motors respond well together???

I've seen this car in person...
Saw it at the 'ultimate monte meet 3' ' in morocco, indiana last year.. he had it trailered in
but my brother'* car borrowed that trailer since the pcm got messed royally when we were trying to re-flash it, and the battery went dead
ask the guy who owns it about that, he'll remember
****** car ran high 13'* low 14'* on naturally aspiration
it was badass
he'll definitely remember the car, though hands-down
i think it was his uncle, had a chevy with a trailer that towed us to this gas station parking lot outside merrillville (i think?), and i remember some kid with a shelby daytona that blew his clutch fork right in the parking lot and oil was ALL OVER, then trying to use fuse-links and different tricks to see if the car would merely crank.. being soaked by rain.. riding in some womans' aerostar to merillville, etc.
lots of memories.
i wonder if he'* hitting it up this year again

NO yes we have considered it...not worth it...the car doesnt push in corners...if anything at a WOT corner we get oversteer
besides the evtra weight isnt needed along with the added complication...
the welded steering rack is getting replaced with 3/16'* wall 1 inch ID tubing with the ends of the steel rack welded to the ends of it at the proper width and then will be welded to the subframe, it'll drop 20 lbs right there...every little bit helps...especially since we dont have the front 3800 in or the turbochargER'* (YET!)
looks like by the time we are done the car will weigh 4250-4500lbs and thats with a full interior with all the creature comforts...

dont know...we are going for one last shot at a new PB while still NA...then the rear engine'* comming out (he can still drive it while we have the rear 3800 out) and the Turbocharger'* going on....then once it'* back in and running...he will be driving it around on just the rear engine (no PS or AC...but oh well) while the 3100 get'* it'* twin turbo'* (which will eventually go onto his wifes 01 GAGT 3400) then the front 3800 and turbo...
we may go to one or two local outtings/gatherings..but beyond that...the $ can be better spent
