Anyone catch anything interesting about the dealership in the background?

No no, its the design, think of F1 tires, its essentially slick with circumference running grooves, with a pretty aggressive inner tread pattern for wet conditions. Obviously not a winter tire, but they work amazing in the warmer seasons.
