Maybe you could do a cut polish on that paint to clean up those scratches? Go to good detail shop or body shop for a guesstamet, should be around $200 and will take out all the marks?

might be worth it to try a cut polish, i don't know about the whole 200 dollar part, but id be game try it my self, with the correct instructions of course

how much is that gonna run u for another fog light? maybe aftermarket might be cheaper ??
