Transmission is acting like complete crap, so its getting a 5 speed Getrag 282 with a Spec Stage 3 clutch some time next month or as soon as I can get one. Also, I'll be getting the walbro 255lph fuel pump in there this week since I'm 8-10 psi too low on the fuel rail. The following video was taken more for the sound than the speed. I'll take another once I get the higher flow fuel pump in.

I love it! Ur sub box is similar to mine. A manual 5 sp would really make that car quick!

Not a bad looking car. Needs a little work but nothing major. Clean up the engine a little bit and it will look great. Make sure you take lots of pictures of the transmission swap.

Yeah, I just got it back from the engine swap less than a month ago. Haven't had time, but I'll be working on things here and there. Its my daily driver after all, and with 224k miles on it, there are a lot of things that need a little bit of work, lol.

I'll definitely be documenting the 5 speed swap very well, and I'm in the market for a non rusted fuel rail. That should make the engine bay look a LOT better.

And a fuel rail you'd be willing to let go for less than an arm and a leg?

For ones that you could fit in a w-body regal, they were available on the 1989-1990 Cutlass Supreme and Grand Prix, and only on a select few of those. There are two of these cars for sale in the midwest. The transmissions themselves are in available a lot of other cars, but those would also have different bellhousings and mounting types. For example, you could get one from a j-body, but its impossible to mount it to the w-body subframe.
