at tha least you have another 100,000 miles I'd say. I've known older sse'* (87-91) with well over 200,000 miles on them and still are runn'n, not as good but runn'n, the tranny will usually go before tha engine though, Just keep the car up and u'll have little or no problems!

Do you maintain the supercharger?

The owner'* manual recommends that the supercharger oil level be checked every 30,000 miles. I check mine every 10,000. In addition, some people change out the oil every 50,000 miles. I changed mine at the 120,000 mile mark.

It'* longevity is a function of how well it is maintained, and how agressive your driving style is. In addition, the earlier superchargers (92-95) used to leak supercharger oil, adding to their demise.

If somethin ever happened to my supercharger , instead of putting it back on would turbo be a better direction to go? The differential is always confusing.

A turbo would be a very difficult conversion because your supercharger is also your intake. If you take the */C off, you won't have a place for your TB to connect, etc. etc. etc. The best case scenario is to replace it with a like M90 or go for a conversion kit to the M112. That will kick it up a knotch (to quote Emeril). But wait until it goes bad. Knowing that you have some mileage on that SC, you may wish to start saving now.
