Lookin' pretty good so far. Silicone adhesive should do nicely.

But CUTTING the HONEYCOMB?

yup i will use silicon.....Bill its my extra grille....I wouldnt do it to my stocker

Looks good, I would have cut out the honeycomb too. that looks very siniler to the mesh im gonna use (whenever i get it :? ) so hurry up and post the final product!
