Just an observation. A self nominted car has never won a COTM that I can remember. As a matter of fact, doing it seems to have the opposite effect. Based on stats, it would appear the general membership is turned off by self nominations. The formula that wins is active participation in the Your Ride Section. In both posting pictorials of your car, AND responding to others. Doing Both seems to be what works. A very simple Rule seems to elude a few people here. Your car must have been featured in a thread Started in the 30 day time period preceding the Nomination Thread. I have mentioned this, highlighted it, and even colorized it. More than One Time.

Will the Moderator who writes up the Poll, please post here last, listing the cars that are not qualified to make it to the Poll and close the thread.

I have found only one that did not qualify for May'* COTM. Self nominating a ride that appeared only once in "Your Ride" forum WAY before the nominations began is not allowed.
