1) Why doesnt it spin more, it has 225 lb ft, and cheapo Canadian tire tires. It spins from rolling starts?? Yet somedays it spins better than others

2) I have problem with that smoke coming from my exhaust, im worried. Is it a head gasket? The rings??

That is steam coming from your exhaust. It is either due to cold weather, or you have coolent leaking into the combustion chamber. Lets hope it is the first of the two.
