That is the spittin image of my Uncles 1990 Dodge Ram dually Cummins Turbo Diesel. Same color, 2wd, regular cab, but my Uncles is a 5-spd, which this one was probably too.
All-in-all, not exactly the turbo-dodge (see www.turbododge.com ) I'd expect to see at an Autocross event.
