Default Spring break with Kim and Katie....not 56k!

Spent the day at OMSI, Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. Funny, our two favorite museums are the Gilbert House in Salem, on Water Avenue, with RR tracks running down the middle of the street, on the banks of the Willamette river, and OMSI, on Water Ave in Oregon City (Portland Metro), on the banks of the same river, with RR tracks running down the middle of the street. We LIVE in Albany, on Water Avenue, with RR tracks running down the middle of the street, on the banks of the willamette river. A few random shots and vids:

Kim (lilpooky) the astronaut. Wear a helmet tomorrow.

Kim and Katie at their best at lunch

Kim and Katie by a submarine prop

Katie and I at the same location

These next three are Kim and Katie with the USS Bluback, used in the movie
"Hunt for Red October", now on permanent display.

Kim the weatherthing.....person......chick.

And the vids (all 15 seconds or less, low bandwidth):

http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/banned.mpg (kim gets banned at lunch)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/blowdry.mpg (hair dryer....lice launcher)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/bronto.mpg (big dinosaur)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/nosehair.mpg (lunch antics)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/potty.mpg (Kim on the toilet)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/trex.mpg (Trex eating Triceratops)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/touchthis.mpg (trick the kid)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/static.mpg (hair standing on end)
http://www.williamwren.com/omsi/spacecapsule.mpg (crazy woman.....driver?)

And if someone would be so kind (if you have the skilz) to extract the frames of my HUD in this vid and see if I captured the 90mph on the hud? Spinning wheels on the tracks:

No checklist, but we were sober.

I actually had the HUD over 90 on the RR tracks. Spinning at about 20mph.

Great pics and movies, Will. Remember those faded color Polaroids of you with the scraggly hair and leisure suits from the '70s that your parents took? These images will be the same kinds of memories for your girls. Don't lose 'em. Make copies now! But even if you don't, I guarantee they'll remember this trip...even if they become too cool to admit it.
