Funny still, funny how dumb some people are.
When I was younger, well..still kinda am (20) I would have NEVER EVER dreamt of abusing my parents vehicles, let alone do 70 through a residential neighbourhood
He got off easy with just a broken windshield and the *** kicking I hope his parents deliverd, a cop would of had a field day on his ***!

A Dodge Intrepid could not do 70 in that short of distance. Maybe 40ish Non the less this just goes to show one of the many reasons I hate neighborhoods and can't wait to move to the country.
