if anyone has knowledge.

after an oil change, the car started but was choking and sounded as if it wanted to die.
i checked oil and there was too much i believe so i drained some and it is now at the full mark again. my brother left to go back to michigan but just called saying the car is sputtering and is making some loud noice from aorund the driver side wheel. anyone have any ideas? quick help is aprriciated!
