It'll take me awhile to think about one again.

May I ask "how did the dog get mixed in with the sportbike and yourself"??

Im sorry to hear about your Uncle. I hope that who ever gets on the ZX14 is an experienced rider because that bike is not for rookies, anything that get go from 0 to insane in 3.4 seconds should be riffen with caution. Also do not forget your helmet. I cant stress it enough because when I wrecked I had a nice big jagged dent in my helmet and if I wouldnt have had my helmet on my children would grow up with no dad and my wife would be a widow "somedays I dont think she would mind that". Take care guys and ride safe. Helmet, helmet, helmet

Thats great, I see these guys riding around on their crotch rockets with their hat on backwards and tank tops and I think one wrong move and it could all end today. After my accident I make sure that I wear Nexx unlimited jacket and helmet. I should really get the jeans to but I dont want to ride around in full leathers because it gets so damn hot. Also its smart to wear leather gloves because your hand take a beating when you hit the concrete.. Ride safe Boyz and keep them Bonnevilles shining. Take Care.

Going 60 down a two lane black top and slowing down for a stop sign I knew was coming up. Dog darts out from its owners yard (I assume, could have been a stray) and I had to pick hitting the dog then hitting pavement or missing the dog and hitting dirt. I chose the dirt.

Went through the ditch, hit a culvert at the edge of the driveway. Supermaned off the front in between some trees and woke up in the ambulance.

I guess I landed on my stomach/face because my road rash was on my face/neck/side and the side of my helmet was beat up.

In the hospital. I guess I was on drugs already because I have no recollection of this picture being taken. They also didn't know my right wrist was broken at this time. Docs found that 1.5 years after the wreck.

Day after getting out of the hospital. That was the road rash on my neck/face. Docs said I must have hit the ground so hard that the helmet twisted enough on my face to give me the rash you see.
