Nice Brittany. Don't sell the 3.0 short Rad. I was personally involved with fleets of them that were pounded for 300k-400k miles with minor repairs.
heh a 200 with the 3.0 couldnt handle me haha well the motor could but the tranny killed itsself hehe I guess thats what happens when you race jettas and s10'* all the time (on the strip) ...I've had the dream of buying the awd model and builing a lift kit for it and raising it like 8 inches and trowing some 35'* or 38'* under it ha

I just think it would be AWESOME to see one all lifted up...but hey im the resident redneck right lol my dad has a 96 town and country That my great grandfather bought new then my grandma drove it and now my step mom drives it has 192k on still runs and drives great(but it was driven mostly by a ww2 vet he had nowhere to go in a hurry and was/is meticulously taken care of mechanically
We had a 96 Grand Caravan and the tranny finally conked out at 300K+ the motor still ran though....Sad thing is that the tranny broke down at 12am when we were heading to my aunts the day before I moved to college....
Nice looking van. we had 1996 with 126k, transmission blew up on it, Be careful w/those, even though i think after 1998 or 99 Chrysler revised their transmission, speaking of which, it dont matter how many miles you got on it, if you get on icy road and push it, itll spin freely but as soon as itll hit traction off of ice - this is where i might blew up, its a flaw in their transmissions, basically it cant handle sudden changes in traction, so if you stuck, dont spin it to much. My sister drove ours, on a light, was slippery so she slightly over pushed it, it went spinning a little for about 6 feet till it go to a dry part, connected w/road took off and by time it was on a cross road we heard BAM! Long story short, blood was all over under it and a peace of casing along w/it.
