LS7'* are in the C6 Z06'* (01-04) the LS6 is in the C5 Z06'* (06-08) Im not sure what happened to 2005 in there...Im guessing there was no Z06 that year.

vettes sure don't compare in price
even the zr1 which competes on the power level is significantly cheaper.
