NO NO NO NO.... A ported box that small would be terrible Even worse then a sealed box.

Trust me, the Type R does just fine in a sealed box I just want more from it

my .02... give her more powah!!!!!!! seems like a TR should be able to handle more RMS... if youve got a 600.1 your runnin roughly 300rms to her, step it up to say a HIFONICS 1000, should make her thump good (running to check specs on that sub)

edit:: if i wasnt in the neighborhood when ya showed up i woulda flexed the MOJO for ya a lil


one more edit.. is the R a dual 2 or 4ohm?

My R is a dual 2 Ohm, and my amp ( Viper 600d.1 ) is 600 RMS @ 1 Ohm

I am not sure if I have the specs on it anymore though :?

your sub is a 2kw peak sub, if ya tossed her a bit more power, she'd proly liven up a lil...

just limo tint on the rear windows, lookin at tintin tails, some projector headlamps, maybe paintin the trim body color n some nice black rims

and yes we still have the boat

its beyond that.. its to the point where i rattle stuff on the sales floor at workeven thru soundproof doors, if you have somethin light on the bench in the install bay i can move it around lol its REDICUOUS
