It probably not the computer but something wrong that the computer is detecting and trying to protect the engine...like it'* supposed to do...by pulling a limiter. Have you scanned it for codes or run an Autotap :?:

yes, last time i had a P1670 quad 4 module...nothing related...

have not scanned it since the chip or with gordys PCM in it...

My buddy'* GMC Safari does the same thing, only you don't have to be floored for it to slip when doing the 1-2 shift. Sounds exactly like a slowly shifting manual

Cool vid..... but I'd take out the text that says 1995 Bonneville at the front..... we know you've got a bad tranny..... but it could be bad PR for the Bonnevilles. Just my 2cents....
