Thats defently the driver in the red cars fault. No matter whats happening on the sidelines you should defently look both ways when coming to a intersection like that. And I bet he relized he did something wrong when he went across the interesection. A simple, but forgetful task drivers have to do.

Ironicly 2 days after I posted this, that night on the 5pm news a crew was next to I-64 in Hampton VA and some idget on the cell ran in to a truck causeing it to crash throgh a jersy barrer and catch fire next to the crew- they have to pack their van and get away. I just happen to flip channels and see it.
