Not sure, I think Ford started using electronics in '76. I know they didn't put computers in until '83, first used on the Ranger IIRC. I don't think the vans changed until later in the '80s, the body style didn't at least, so I assume it would have been the late 80'* when things got more computerized.

That is the first time i have seen an '01 Jeep Cherokee in a 2 door, didn't know they even made them in the newer years. Learn something new everyday.

Shagadelic Actually, it would be pretty cool cleaned up and turned into one of those 70'* "custom" vans (You know, the **** carpet, captains chairs, teardrop bubble windows, lake pipes..and the requisite Greatful Dead stickers )
