Beauty and the Beast
So I know in another thread I mentioned I like the sleeper look (I believe it'* the GP GTP vs Bonneville thread?) but I had the chance to buy this T-Bird and I couldn't pass it up
Obvious mods are the paint job, Bullit replica rims - 17x8F, 18x9R - tinted windows (darker now than what'* in the pics) lowered, and trunk spoiler.
Not so obvious mods are the DOHC engine (came stock with SOHC), shift kit, aluminum driveshaft, 4.10 gears, 2.5" true dual exhaust, and chassis bracing. Yeah, it'* fun to drive
And the beast
It'* just the daily driver, and really - not much of a beast. It'* really pretty tame
Just thought I'd share my rides.

Would that DOHC happen to be a 4.6 out of a Mark VIII? On a Mark VIII board I was on there was a guy doing a swap into a TBird. Just wondering if you went the same route.

I don't think it'* the car. He painted his all dark blue if I'm not mistaken. I was just curious if that was the route you (well I guess the previous owner) went with the swap.
The Intech was a great motor. Looks like a fun car. I wanted to put 4.10s and some other goodies on my Mark like your bird, but the tranny was going out so I eventually got rid of it. I kinda miss the Mark sometimes though....
:(
Oh and here'* his so it'* not the same car. Bet your engine bay looks something like this.

Yep - looks very similar to that. I've got a GT Air Box instead of just an open filter, but otherwise - mine looks the same.
And yeah - the 4.10'* are great I still get 22-23 mpg on the highway too if I can keep it at 70 or under... keyword - IF
