+120 mph ride with John.
Finally a clear sunny dry Sunday morning and Laura and I finally got to go for a ride with John and his wife Margaret.
It doesn't take John long to get up to speed.
The speedo wrapped around into the red.
We cruised at over 120 mph for at least 1/2 hour.

Hey
There'* my house down there

Thanks for the ride John.
It was great.

Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Thanks for lunch.
BTW, we just got home.
By the time we got to the end of Texada we had 0 visibility in snow with a 50 mph headwind. We wanted to get to Vancouver Island at least and the only airport open that we could get to was Campbell River.
We got on the ground and the plane tied down minutes before it started snowing there too. We rented a car and drove home.
First time EVER that I've had to leave my plane and drive home because of weather.

Got the plane home today. Weather is much better on this side of the pond though. I couldn't see your side at all Paul otherwise I would have dropped those books off.
