Default Ingersoll Rand 1/4" Angle Grinder

It'* about time I bought one of these things today. I also bought a $10 3M kit along with it so I can erase away gasket material from heads and the block.

I got it at Advance auto for $70. I'm not a fan of Advance, but Autozone didn't have anything.

So far I like the tool. It fits in my hand very well and is easy to "throttle" the air control. That is, until my air-compressor decided to continuously unload itself via the auto unloader.
Another $26 down the drain.

Good thing is, it will be here tomorrow with only $9 shipping. Guess I can't argue that considering how valuable air tools are these days.

Very useful tool indeed Mike. I hate trying to use gasket remover & scrape stuff clean.
I am sure it will get used on other projects around the house as well.
Hope the compressor is up to speed soon.

Nice! I like the IR tools. We use the impact guns at work and they work great for the abuse they take.

Yea, I've been really thinking about shifting over to IR air tools. I was playing with a 1/4" IR impact at work that puts my 1/2" Kobalt to shame. Speaking of work, I also played with a 1" Napa industrial impact. Thing SUCKS donkey ****.
