I did a search, and the only link I found to a write up was dead. Can anyone explain what exactly is needed to do this?

This is some info from another site about a hockey puck mod, from the user 99 ssei

Then just remove the old rubber from the mount and put the pucks in the mount. This will stiffen up the mount.
