Hello,
My wipers stopped working after the wind shield was frozen over with ice for a few days.
I have replaced the motor not thinking much of it but when that didn't work I checked all fuses.

I noticed the relays seem to be integrated and nonsurvivable relays. No other issues at all.

You can hear the relays click when the wiper controls are engaged and the BCM is commanding the wipers to come one but still nothing.
I'm capable of using a volt meter to check voltages if anyone knows what pins are supposed have what voltage as the connector is 5 pins. I assume 1 of which should be a ground as it is not self grounded.

I have been told its likely one of the integrated relays and I need to change the fuse block but that'* $556 and non returnable.

If you have the wiring diagrams I can help you with it.

BTW we can fix a relay without replacing the box,

I have a hard time believing that the entire fuse block is at fault.

It'* time to check power coming out of the connector for the wiper motor. Even without a diagram, just taking measurements can reveal a lot. For example: If you find no power coming out of anything in the connector, you can work your way upstream.

With Fuse block removed I can supply voltage and ground to activate the motor. So it should be narrowed down to either the fuse block relays or a wire between the relay and BCM.
