I'm getting a delayed (2 to 3 secs) response when shifting to reverse, and it can be a rough shift as well. Is there a reverse solenoid in the valve body or is this a common computer issue with the 4L60E?
Thank you.

Look at it with a scan tool and see if the shift solenoid activates at the same time as the shifter.

What is the current level of the transmission fluid while completely warmed up and with the vehicle level?
