I just ordered in a new ac compressor and accumulator. It came with an 8 oz. bottle of pag150 . It also had a tag on it that said it was charged with 3 oz. Of Pag150. The specs I got said the total system should have 8 oz. of oil total. Kinda confused. Do I add more oil before I vacuum the system or ?. Where do I add the oil?

I've always added the whole bottle that is included with the compressor, but I don't recall my compressors showing up pre-filled at all. Go with what the instructions that came with the compressor say to do.

I add it in the the low pressure port of the compressor.
