Default Flat Towing
The newer 4x4 GM pickups require the battery ground cable to be disconnected before flat towing. Why is this? I have a 2013 that I flat tow and can leave the battery connected.

I believe it is so the electronic parking brake doesn't become engaged while the vehicle is in the flat tow configuration.
