So, back at Christmas with 3620 miles, the main on the camshaft failed on my 6.2. It’* been bricked ever since on the rack at the dealership. They finally shipped an engine that is somewhere between Memphis and Louisiana.
any similar experiences?

It looks like there are some lifter failures and a few bent pushrods out there, but not a lot considering the production numbers. The word out there seems to be that the L87 is a better design, reliability wise, than the L86. I think it'* too new to know yet.

Motor L87 is en rt from Detroit to La. 2nd time—sent back to Detroit by GM after FedEx lost it.
fingers crossed delivery Wednesday to dealership and truck back this weekend.
if not, I’m filing lemon law with DMV. We are at 2 months as of the 25th.
