Default 14 sierra paint pealing

Hello everybody this is my 1st post so if this was already brought up id appreciate getting pointed in right direction. Ive owned my truck for about 4yrs, shortly after buying the truck the paint started to peel at the bottom of fenders behind the front wheels. Then next thing i know its peeling around the bottom left corner of the windows of crewcab. Now its my hood i can use just my fingers and peel big chunks of paint off. This has to be a factory issue its like the paint isnt even attached to the primer in certain areas. I took a video of me peeling off my hood and ladies and gentleman it is painful to watch and to do it.

That front end was painted at one time and they didn't prime it right.

I haven't seen any notable amount of paint peeling at GM since the mid '90s.

My guess is it saw a lot of hot pressure washers, and someone would just get closer and blast away when stuff wouldn't come off.
