Default 97 Bonneville FPR

FPR decided to fail dumping a lot of gas in vacuum lines and into throttle body. Replaced it. Let it sit over night for any gas to dry up. Started up this morning and of course misfiring. I kind of expected that but it got worse when I have it gas trying to clear it and def smell exhaust. Question is what are chances all that fuel clogged convertor?

How long did the engine run with all that extra fuel running through it? Wouldn't take much before loading the cat. Did the cat get red hot?
