Default Found this old GM car in the woods

I came across this old GM car today while walking in the woods and I’m wondering the make and model? I’ve searched google to no end , but can’t seem to narrow it down. Was wondering if anyone has any insight to what it could be? It is a Canadian car.

Those are GM issued VIN plates. They don't compare to today'* VIN plates.
