What Mike said ^^^^^^^

. . . and no probably not a kit. This would be umteen number 27 screws and a half zillion 22'* and three 32'* etc.

Do you already have any of these parts from the 2009?

idk how to reply on this forum so i hope this is the proper way but my 2009 1500 Bumper got damaged, I dont think i can reuse those or if that 1500 bumper will give me enough hardware for the 2012 2500 bumper

Also i did go to the GM Parts site which is where i got the Diagram from! BUT It doesnt say nor i am not sure if its selling me a single screw or in a pack id you guys know what i mean?
It shows the list of parts with their part # and the price
example “Part #123455- $3.75” but it doesnt say if its a single screw or a pack of that same screw

More than likely, its a single piece of hardware. If you were to purchase a 'pack' for a vehicle, you would probably get a pack of 50 knowing that one piece of hardware is used 50 times on a single vehicle.

Ah, that makes sense.

If you go to a dealership, they can pull up diagrams and you can point at each piece needed and they can supply it, just no telling if that would be in large quantities or not. Most of what you are looking for look like generic parts that could be obtained online or at a hardware store.
