Default 2005 Bonneville Gxp 4.6L

I have a 05 Gxp thats overheating , i changed heater hoses and reservoir hoses , thermostat , still over heats. Next its the water pump and im going to send my cluster in to GM, anybody know any thing else before , i think its the head gaskets?

Is the coolant disappearing? Any issues with misfire?

If its a Shitstar, I mean Northstar engine, they are very KNOWN for head gaskets.

Yeah its a Northstar lol , im just trying to make sure its not anything simple before i do spend the money

And when it overheats all the way , the coolant does spew out of the over flow

If your handy with tools, that'* probably the best way to do it. Drop another one in, and in your spare time, rebuild the other one and either keep it or sell it. Win-Win.
