Misfire

I have a 2011 buick Regal with the 2.4 liter. Keep getting cylinder #3 mifire.Ihave swapped the plug and coil but the misfire did not chase. Did a fuel injection cleaning and even changed the injector.

Compression was good. Problem seems to happen more after engine has been run for a while. let it sit @ 30 or so minutes then start it and drive.
