Hey All,

Recently bought a 2000 Chevy Lumina (~126000), runs pretty ok, but sometimes I notice some bucking on shifting(There is no CEL). I also happen to have a junk 96 Olds Ciera with the same transmission that seemed to shift smooth and didnt have any issues. At least according to this the transmissions are compatible:

Instead of junking the Olds would should I swap the transmission in? How much do you think a decent shop would charge?
