Default 99 Monte Camshaft sensor

Has anyone replace a camshaft light sensor? its a 99 monte carlo, was just wondering what all was involved, Thanks

Fairly straight forward, the manual is saying take the serpentine belt off, not sure why... there will be one bolt holding it in the block, take it out, twist the sensor back and forth to get the seal to free up, lube the o-ring of the new sensor and install it, put the belt back on (if you took it off) and away you go.
