Default Cold air filter charger for 2000 SSEI?

I just purchase a 2000 SSEI Bonny. I want to buy an after market cold air intake system. Notice every time I look at Jegs or summit they say there is no such thing. Am I missing something here? Someone has to make one right?

There is very little available for the Bonneville in regards to performance stuff. Some, but not all that fits the GP will work on the Bonneville.

Nobody makes a CAI for the Bonne. You'll have to make one yourself, or have someone make one for you.

Correction! JMB does make a CAI for the Bonneville:

I've had mine for over a year, and there are no complaints.

I'd rather build mine for less money, or have it built for me for still less money. I didn't even pay $100 for mine.

Yeah, I didn't have the option of using the rubber boot at going into the TB....what Diameter is your tube? You used PVC right?

Yep, sure did. A member built it for me.

Why couldn't you re-use the boot?

I've got the JMB intake as well, very happy with the look and quality. Justin is a great guy, he will custom fab and responds quickly (even on weekends).

Both ends were torn when I got the car....then it started to tear really bad and man'* best tool (duct tape) wasn't going to hold it for very long. I'm thinking my bad motor mount didn't help the matter any....
