My 2006 lacrosse came with factory remote start, i had a check engine light that i took care of , also the battery metal piece in my remote broke, its fixed now and everything works except the remote start, ,

when i try to start it by remote it sais "remote start disabled" any help. thanks

You may need to have that checked at a dealership. The program may have reset and only a dealership can program the FOB.

Got it.... after putting about 200 miles on the car after the check engine light was taken care of, the remote start now works, i guess its a saftey issue when you get a ses light then the remote start wont work....
