Default LB7 Injectors....

Well time has come I guess, to replace the injectors GM put into the LB7 Duramax..

Truck went in to the garage for a crank sensor and Cam Sensor.. Will come out with 8 New Injectors and new Sensors.

GM warranties then for 7 years 320000KMS I am 100000 KMS inside that but out of the Age by 7 months Grrrrrrr

Garage was estimating the bill at 4000-5000 :O

I found a set of 50hp Injectors for 1150.00 cutting the cost in Half hehe

Now just waiting for word from DDP to see if I can jump up to the 75 HP Injectors haha for the extra 25 HP at the cost of 100.00 I just don't see why not LMAO

The worst part of this deal is I now have 3 LB7'*

But the newest one is still covered and the Injectors from that will go into the 02 Dually haha

Ok, Well an update of sorts....

Got the truck back, Bill was 4990.00 ... But it was well worth it, New injectors Crank Sensor,Cam Sensor and 3 new idler pulleys. Should be good for another 200000 !! And the increase in power is well haha AWESOME !!

So from there I sent her to my local garage for wheel bearings,WSS and a VSS.... This is where things take a huge DUMP.

I seem to have a strange electrical issue one thats not an easy thing to fix, everyonce and a while the truck will forget about the VSS and go into stupid mode. Notice the word once and a while lol

I have a box of parts that I will be changing out one by one if I change something and it doesn't make a difference I will leave it in until I come across something that does, Besides the TCM and Harness (HUGE MONEY) Maybe the transmission lol

I'm LOST, I spoke to an Allison tech today he said pull the VSS sometimes the carrier bearing in the tail stock gets messed up. Shyt I dunno.. I have an appointment with that same Allison guy friday morning we'll see I guess..

I replaced the ignition switch today (That Was Fun) they don't send the switch in the right position you have to ohhh yeah haha I should do a how to but I brought beer and not the camera haha

Needless to say i could start the truck and pop the lock in about 30 seconds with the switch haha

I wish someone would do that to Skitzoid
