Several things. How much you want to spend? You can install headers, a cam, rockers, NOS.

Cheapest and fastest way is to reduce weight..take out the back seat, the spare tire, jack, center console, passenger seat, glove box...every little bit helps.

Or you can go the more expensive way like Danthurs suggested.

Being an SE model, NOS is going to give you the most punch for the dollar. Put in a 75 HP Wet shot and copper plugs, good to go.

I think chips are a waste of money. You can have the PCM performance tuned and get better performance. Headers are new exhaust manifolds. Look in my profile and check my car. You will see a picture of my headers.

X2 on the PCM tune vs a chip. Check the NOS and ZEX websites if you are interested in Nitrous. ZEX has a very good FAQ about installing and using it. Cost is around $5-600 for a good entry level wet jetted nitrous kit that includes everything.

Important thing to consider with nitrous is that it is for competition setting and can only be used for wide open throttle applications.
