Default ImportZX screwed me

I'm not saying dont order form them, but I will say this, buyer beware. I ordered a hood scoop form them about 3 weeks ago. I showed up real fast, in less then a week. I opened it up and found this.

So I sent Email telling them it'* broke. I got this back.

Call fedex scoop demaged and they pick up from you free and I can send next.
So I thought, cool, I send it back, they send me a new one. One week passes, I send Email asking if it'* been sent again. No reply. I wait another week. I ask where is it? Enough time has passed, I want a new hood or a full refund please. I get this.

Original Payment Details
----------------------------------------------------------------

* Seller: ImportZX
* Seller'* Email: importzxx@hotmail.com
* Original Transaction Date: Apr. 2, 2008
* Original Transaction Amount: $160.00 USD
* Original Transaction ID: ***

----------------------------------------------------------------
Refund Details
----------------------------------------------------------------

* Refund Amount: $120.00 USD
* Refund Transaction ID: ***
I paid $160, they refund $120. I'm sorry, but I dont feel I should have to be stiffed for the shipping on a item I didn't get. I understand they had to pay that shipping, but they can work that out with FedEx. The customer should not be stiffed for that cost. I got no reply as to why it wasn't shipped. Right now I'm rather upset with how this went down. am I in my right to demand a full refund, or shoudl I just roll over and eat the shipping?

You are absolutely within your rights to DEMAND a full refund. It'* up to THEM to recover any damages from FedEx.

If you paid with a credit card, call your company and file a dispute.

I used Paypal. I sent them a Email askign for the full refund, or to agree to ship the hood in that case I'll resend the $120 back. If I dont get a response today I'll call them tomorrow. If nothing I'll contact Paypal about this. If anythign changes I will be sure to post that. I want the hood, it looks nice, and works on our cars.

I had no problems getting the scoop, it being broken was not there fault, nore was it mine. I sent it back as they asked. But when I asked what was the hold up they sent back part of my money. I dont want part of my money, I want the scoop. Or all my money.
