so its been done, the house was now signed over to me yesterday at closing and i dont no what to say but i feel so exc`ited to finally own my own home. no more slumlords to deal with.

so me and my wife will be moving in starting next weekend and it will be awsome, its a 3 floor house , 5 beds and 3 full baths with a full finished basement and a back yard and a 2 car garage with a built in office on the second floor of garage, a front porch

and a ******* ELAVATOR in the kitchen that goes down into the basement living quarters..( previous owner was an elderly who lived there with her family which stuck good ol mom in the basement of her own house... so there mom sold the house to me and moved into a first floor studio apt by herself...

the house is a total of 2138 sq feet here are the rooms and sizes..

its not the biggest house in the world but its the biggest and the most envyed on the block. i hope all will go well as this is a big step for me and my wife.. im 26 and she is 22 but we are both full time employed plus she attends college and is in her last year of getting her masters degree....
i love my baby.....(she bought me both my bonnies) so i bought her a new house that ill probally be paying for, for the next 100 years..lol....

i know i know , the pics will come probally friday or saturday before i move my stuff in and then the after pics when i paint and do the floors.. the house is in need of some paint some flooring and a mans touch.(and maybe my wife will let me do something to)

why would you be jealous.? trust me if you live with your parents or you rent your own place its way way better for some as its way cheaper with less bills and responsibility'*
as well as you can get up and relocate anytime you want with out worrying about selling your home first inorder to have money for another one...
